Spring Workshop - Yoga for Athletes
Sunday, March 23rd
2.30pm - 4.00pm

This special workshop, Yoga for Athletes, will strategically move through the physical body to elongate muscles, release tension and increase flexibility. Yoga is the perfect complement to any fitness regimen - Running, Cycling, Swimming and Weight Training and is imperative cross training for serious athletes.

With a strong emphasis on creating more space in the body, Yoga will give you the ability to train with more awareness and focus to help avoid injury and bring sustainability to your fitness regimen.

Though everybody is different, we'll target the athlete's common tight spots: the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and PSOAS. The physical postures practiced in this workshop can be taken off the mat and into training to help bring balance to the body.
